Overview

●The high-temperature grease for pellet machines is refined by thickening synthetic oil with compound soap and adding various additives such as extreme pressure, antioxidant, and anti-rust.
Performance characteristics
● Good extreme pressure and anti-wear performance, providing effective lubrication for the bearing part and reducing wear.
●Excellent oxidation stability performance, prevent grease from deteriorating at high temperature, and ensure a long service life at high temperature.
● Good anti-rust performance, prevent corrosion of metal parts.
●Good anti-fretting wear performance, preventing pitting and wear under fretting conditions.

Use

●It is suitable for the lubrication of high-temperature bearings in the production of pellet machines, mining equipment, smelting equipment and float glass, various medium and heavy load balls, rollers, plain bearings, and gears, chain carriers and other transmission parts and connecting joints of baking equipment.
●Temperature: -20°C~220°C, short-term can be used for 300°C.
●Products with 00, 0, and 1 consistency are used in centralized lubrication systems.

●During storage and transportation, prevent water and impurities from entering;
●Do not mix with other fats;
●Do not heat before use.
