Overview

●Composite aluminum based grease is made by thickening high viscosity mineral oil with composite aluminum soap, adding antioxidant and rust inhibitor, and refining it through special processes.

Performance Characteristics

●Unique thermal reversibility allows for short-term use at temperatures close to its drop point.

●Has good high temperature resistance, lubricity, and oxidation stability.

●Has a certain degree of rust prevention performance, which can prevent rusting of lubrication parts.

Application range
●It is suitable for the lubrication of friction parts of high-temperature equipment such as continuous rolling mills, continuous casting machines, steel rollers, printing and dyeing, and large motors in the metallurgical industry.
●Operating temperature: -20°C~160°C, short-term use up to 180°C.

Notes

●During storage and transportation, prevent water and impurities from entering;
●Do not mix with other fats;
●Do not heat before use.
