Overview

●Extreme pressure composite lithium-based grease is made of composite metal soap thickened and deeply refined mineral oil, and added additives such as extreme pressure anti-wear, anti-oxidation, and anti-rust.

Performance characteristics

●Excellent high temperature resistance, the grease is not lost at higher temperatures or higher ambient temperatures, and the bearings or friction pairs are continuously protected, effectively extending the service life of bearings under high temperature conditions.

●Good extreme pressure anti-wear performance, to meet the bearing lubrication of mechanical equipment with high load or certain impact load.

●Good oxidation stability to ensure that the grease has a long service life during use.

Scope of application:

●Suitable for a variety of lubrication methods, No. 1 grease can be used for centralized lubrication system, and No. 2 and No. 3 can be used for manual grease injection.

●It is suitable for the lubrication of high-temperature friction parts of high-temperature and heavy-duty equipment in the metallurgical industry, printing and dyeing, large motors, cars, hot oil pump bearings and other mechanical equipment.

●Working temperature: -20°C~200°C.
